Summary
My name is Eduardo Fayad and I live in Marina del Rey, California. Alright, my first impression when they came to install the elevator, I was pleased the way they handled it. It was like four people.
They were very good professionals. They put the elevator in sections, each one with one section, and then they worked together to put the lift in the way, on the proper perspective that I was expecting. After they installed the lift, they took me to like a tour of how the panel, how things work, and I like the perspective that I can go up using the motor, and then the lift will come down by gravity, and that was very safe.
And also they showed me one key, if the elevator got stuck between floors, what I could do to unstuck the elevator and go down to it. That was a good feature and I felt safe about it. Well, to me, the Nibav lift looks more like modern, and I thought it blends better with my house, and it blends well with the walls and the way it was done to save the rails also to blend in with the aesthetic of the whole house.
There was one guy that came here, and he said, well, we can cut a hole here on the ceiling and go with the elevator. It took five minutes to me to say goodbye and have a wonderful life, you know. Well, it’s not just me.
I had friends that I sent pictures to, even like Chicago and other places that we have family, and they all loved the look of the elevator, and some even paid compliments that it looked like a sci-fi fiction, like a movie, because there’s a lot of choices in colors, in interior, that they could, you know, make a decision by themselves. But this one here is a good show to someone that wants to buy your elevator.
The color was selected by my wife, and she chose white because it blends in with the walls and with our décor, and that was decided then to go with white.
So all they had to do when the lift was properly installed is to plug in, and the lift was working in no time, and so it was a painless process, quite frankly, to me. I think the lift is very easy to operate. You can just open the door and press one button.
Well, I thought about this elevator as also an investment, a tool for our comfort. It will definitely increase the value of the house if we have to sell. I bought the lift for our comfort, and we are in the winter of our lives.
Okay, after we decided between me and my wife to go with the lift from above, I called the representative, and I said that we’re going to go forward with it. So he gave me exactly the time frame to Los Angeles. So that was agreed to.
He came earlier, which was welcome because we needed it earlier. So they, which were very pleased, and everything went according to what they told me. So I have no complaints about it.
Well, I think I made the right decision in going with the B-Bus, quite frankly, because everything went according to what they told me and what I expected. So yes, I’m very pleased, and hopefully, you know, the elevator will serve us for many years.
