Payments shall be made in favour of Nibav Lifts Inc. Prices quoted include applicable taxes as of the date of issuance of this quotation. All applicable taxes are being collected at each stage of the payment process. Payments must be made via cheque or wire transfer only to the Chase Bank account. Please find the bank details below:

Any reciprocal duties, import or export levies, retroactive tax liabilities, or ancillary delivery and travel expenses shall remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Nibav Lifts Inc. shall not be held liable for any additional charges, fees, or taxes imposed after the issuance of this quotation.
To ensure optimum performance, please ensure a stabilized power connection of Single Phase 220V - 50/60 Hz, complemented by a minimum 32 Amp supply and a circuit breaker.
Your partnership is essential. For the lift installation, we request customers to manage any required general contracting. Additionally, should there be a need, please arrange for structural engineering support on your end.
To ensure a seamless and efficient process, we kindly ask that you manage the acquisition of any necessary permits or licenses. This approach enables you to have direct oversight and ensures that all regulatory requirements specific to your location are met promptly.
Our commitment to you includes a robust 1 Year product warranty and 1 Year service warranty. This covers parts, granted the lift receives regular care and service by our trained Nibav Lifts experts. Ensuring these conditions is the key to uninterrupted warranty benefits.
The validity of the product warranty is contingent upon the uninterrupted renewal of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Failure to renew the AMC without any gaps renders the product warranty null and void.
The delivery timeline of Standard Delivery is 4 Months and is provided from the date of Final Production Order form signing and when all payments are received by Nibav Lifts. Delivery and Installation might extend based on site conditions. Installation will be carried out by Nibav Construction LLC or other authorized partners associated with us.
In the rare event of unforeseen external disruptions (Force Majeure), there may be reasonable extensions to our service timelines. Should such an eventuality extend beyond 60 days, we assure you transparency and the option to terminate the Works without any obligations.
Rest assured, our operations uphold the esteemed legal standards of California, USA. In the unlikely event of disputes, they will be judicially addressed exclusively within California jurisdiction.
Installation will be completed within 8 business days. After installation, all service-related costs (excluding those covered by the service warranty) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any additional representations, warranties, or commitments made outside of this contract, in any form, will not be considered valid.
We understand that circumstances may change unexpectedly. To offer flexibility while maintaining efficient operations, our cancellation policy is outlined below:
- Free cancellation with a full refund is available within 24 hours of receiving the quotation.
- If the order is cancelled after 24 hours but before production begins, 25% of the total contract value or lift cost (whichever is higher) will be retained.
- Once production has commenced, 60% of the total contract value or lift cost (whichever is higher) will be retained.
- If the order has been prepared for dispatch, 85% of the total contract value or lift cost (whichever is higher) will be retained.
- Upon completion of delivery, 100% of the total contract value will be chargeable.
Additional Delivery Charges
- In the event of deliveries exceeding a distance of 100 miles from the Nearest Nibav Experience Centre, additional delivery charges shall apply.
Warehouse and Logistics Charges
- In the event that the customer wants to store the lifts at a warehouse after arrival at the seaport, all expenses related to transportation, loading, unloading, storage, handling, and any other associated activities shall be borne solely by the customer.

- To facilitate the smooth installation of elevators, our team may suggest local civil and electrical contractors who can assist customers in performing site modifications required for installation.
- Please note that these contractors are independent third-party vendors, and their services are offered solely as a convenience to our customers. While we may share their contact details, our company does not endorse, supervise, or assume any responsibility or liability for the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of their work.
- Customers are advised to engage with such contractors at their own discretion and to ensure all necessary due diligence before proceeding with any work.
